While you're waiting for your DOL card to arrive, you can use the certificate of completion as proof you have successfully completed the course.

What are the OSHA Outreach Program courses?

OSHA implemented an Outreach Training Program that has proved highly successful in reducing the number of on-the-job accidents. According to OSHA, the Outreach Program is their "primary way to train workers in the basics of occupational safety and health". Our OSHA 10- and 30-Hour Construction Safety or OSHA 10-Hour General Industry courses are online versions of OSHA's successful program. The courses are designed to provide instruction on a variety of construction safety and health standards.

OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.
